Job Description / Responsibility

Maintaining accurate records of the organization's daily financial transactions.
Handling general accounting tasks and ensuring timely data entry.
Systematically organizing and maintaining financial documents and vouchers.
Preparing official reports as per the instructions of senior management.

Educational Requirements

Masters
Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 28 years
MS Excel: Proficiency in data entry and managing general accounting tasks.
Bookkeeping: Maintaining primary records of daily income and expenditures.
Vouchering: Preparing cash memos, bills, and payment vouchers.
Accuracy: Ability to perform error-free mathematical calculations and financial reporting.
Integrity: Demonstrating high levels of honesty and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel and MS Word.
Attributes: High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong personal integrity.

Other Benefits

Monthly Salary: BDT 17,000 - 18,000 (Based on experience and skills). Weekly Holiday: 1 day per week. Festival Leave: Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha holidays as per government policy. Work Environment: Professional and friendly atmosphere.
