- Job Summary
- OneWorld InfoTech is seeking dynamic, techno-commercial professionals who can support the full customer engagement lifecycle across cybersecurity, data center, IT infrastructure, cloud, professional services, and training solutions.
- This is a techno-commercial role combining sales, technical presales, and customer engagement responsibilities. The role requires the ability to identify opportunities, engage customers, understand business and technical requirements, coordinate with internal expert technical teams and OEM partners, support solution presentations and demonstrations, and help convert qualified opportunities into revenue.
- The role will involve:
- Sales and business development
- Technical presales, including solution presentations and demonstrations
- Post-sales customer engagement, account management, and account growth
- The position will work across OneWorld InfoTech and its group ecosystem to support integrated solution/services positioning, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, data center, professional services, and training domains.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, customer engagement, proposal submission, negotiation support, and closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Engage enterprise customers, including banks, financial institutions, telecom operators, Phrama, Manufacturing, government agencies, and large corporate clients.
- Prepare and maintain account plans, opportunity trackers, forecasts, and sales activity reports.
- Technical Presales & Solution Positioning
- Conduct customer meetings to understand business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements.
- Deliver solution presentations, product briefings, demonstrations, and primary technical discussions.
- Support Proof of Concept (POC), and pilot engagements in coordination with internal expert technical teams, OEMs partners.
- Work closely with internal core technical teams and OEM partners to align solution design, validate requirements, and ensure proposed solutions are technically and commercially viable.
- Translate customer requirements into solution proposals, technical write-ups, commercial offers, and response documents.
- Support preparation of RFP/RFQ responses, compliance matrices, technical clarifications, and solution presentations.
- Customer Success & Account Growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for assigned account to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Coordinate with technical, delivery, operations, and partner teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Support customer retention, renewal opportunities, and long-term account growth.
- Take ownership of assigned opportunities, customer follow-ups, pipeline updates, and revenue outcomes.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems, Management Information System, Computer Science
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Certifications or training in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, infrastructure, or related technologies.
- Exposure to ISO 27001, ethical hacking, SOC, SIEM, firewall, endpoint security, cloud, virtualization, data center, or enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT sales, technical presales, solution consulting, business development, or customer-facing technology roles.
- Basic understanding of one or more of the following domains:
- Cybersecurity
- IT infrastructure
- Cloud technologies
- Data Center technologies
- Network, server, storage, virtualization
- IT training or professional services
- Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end ownership of opportunities and accounts.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to learn multiple technology domains and work with global OEM solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities, customer meetings, proposals, and follow-ups in a structured manner.
- Must have a flexible, ownership-driven mindset and should be willing to support a global-hours business environment, including coordination with management, customers, and OEM partners across multiple time zones, and participation in ad hoc or after-hours calls/meetings as and when required
- Must demonstrate strong time management, punctuality, and personal discipline.
