- Job Summary
- We are looking for experienced and skilled Rig Machine Operators to join our ongoing construction and industrial projects under Al Rashid Group – SSEM Direct Company in Saudi Arabia. The candidate must have hands-on experience operating rig/drilling machines safely and efficiently at construction or foundation work sites.
- Key Responsibilities
- Operate rig/drilling machines according to project requirements
- Perform piling, boring, drilling, and foundation-related operations
- Ensure proper setup and positioning of the rig machine before operation
- Conduct daily machine inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow all company safety rules and operational procedures
- Report any mechanical faults or operational issues to supervisors
- Maintain work progress records and operational logs
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors during project execution
- Keep the work area clean and ensure proper handling of equipment

Educational Requirements
- HSC
- SSC / HSC / Technical Diploma preferred
- Technical training in heavy equipment or rig operation will be an advantage
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Building & Construction Materials
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Rig Machine Operator
- Experience in construction, piling, drilling, or foundation projects preferred
- Gulf experience will be considered an added advantage
- Additional Requirements
- Good understanding of rig machine controls and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction site regulations
- Physically fit and capable of handling field operations
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic preferred
