Job Description / Responsibility

Daily sales and expense monitoring.
Manage and supervise all accounting and financial activities of the Company.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
Monitor daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Ensure proper budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for Company and Project operations.
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
Monitor payroll, supplier payments, and other financial obligations.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
