Job Description / Responsibility

Strong knowledge of knit apparel product development from concept stage to final production.
Must have hands-on experience in both- Apparel manufacturing factory & Sourcing / buying office
Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills for buyer meetings and internal product presentations.
Good sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, and garment components.
Ability to work closely with buyers, merchandising, sourcing, sampling, and production teams.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, wash, print, and embellishment techniques.
Capable of independently handling seasonal developments and critical timelines.
Good understanding of market trends, fashion forecasting, and commercial product direction.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Ability to manage multiple developments and work effectively under pressure.
Good command of written and spoken English.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
