Job Description / Responsibility
- The Premier Bank PLC., with a network of 136 Branches and 67 Sub-Branches across the country, is on a strong growth trajectory to further expand its nationwide presence and services. To support the Bank’s branding and communication initiatives, the Bank is seeking a highly creative, dynamic, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Visual & Motion Graphics Specialist – Digital Media & Out-of-Home(OOH Design). The incumbent will be responsible for designing high-quality visual and multimedia content for digital, social media, and Out-of-Home (OOH) platforms, including Branches, Sub-Branches, Agent Banking Outlets, ATM Booths, signage, and other branding materials. The role requires expertise in visual communication, motion graphics, animation, and digital campaign design aligned with the Bank’s corporate identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative skills, modern design expertise, and hands-on experience in digital media and OOH design.
- Develop creative designs including illustrations, banners, social media posts, campaign materials, and various signage for Branch, Sub-Branch, Agent Outlet, ATM Booths, etc.
- Produce Facebook dynamic content, reels, and short-form videos aligned with current platform trends.
- Execute image editing, retouching, and layout refinement using industry-standard tools.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Support campaign execution by translating concepts into high-impact visual outputs.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and corporate identity standards in all creative materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for content development and approval processes.
- Maintain proper file management, version control, and asset archiving.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate events with timely creative deliverables.
- Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and formats to enhance content quality.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or any related discipline from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Banks, Design/Printing/Publishing, Newspaper/Magazine, Web Media/Blog
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Minimum 02–06 years of professional experience in Graphic design, Digital content development, 3D animation, Motion graphics, and Multimedia production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant creative tools/software.
- Practical experience in developing social media creatives, reels, dynamic digital content, Animation and motion-based visual communications.
- Excellent creative and conceptualization skills with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and project execution capabilities with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to evolving design trends, digital platforms, and creative technologies.
