Job Description / Responsibility
- Overview
- ChefOnline is a UK-based National Online Food Ordering Platform, officially recognised as a Google Partner Digital Marketing Agency, a Meta Business Partner under Agency Speciality and TikTok Business Partner. We empower restaurants and takeaways across the UK with online ordering, EPoS, and growth-focused digital marketing solutions
- We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Manager, Graphic Design and Visualiser to lead our design team and drive visual excellence across all digital and print platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the graphic design team, ensuring high-quality creative output
- Develop innovative visual concepts for digital campaigns, branding, social media, websites, and print materials
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to execute creative strategies
- Present design concepts and creative ideas to internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative workflows efficiently
- Mentor and guide junior designers and visualisers
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Candidates from English medium background will be preferred.
- IELTS 7.0 or equivalent (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing, E-commerce, Software Company

- Ability to work with senior management
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Lead the management of internal and external projects, working closely with agencies, vendors, and clients to ensure strategic alignment, effective communication, and delivery excellence.
