Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Architect to lead architectural and interior projects, oversee design strategy, and manage overall project execution. The candidate will play a key leadership role in client handling, design development, team management, and business growth while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- IAB Accredited candidates will be preferred.
- Prepare Rajuk Approval sheet, Architectural 2D and 3D Drawing Experience.
- Lead architectural and interior & Exterior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop design strategies, master planning, and project concepts.
- Supervise architects, designers, and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Review and approve drawings, BOQ, specifications, and presentations.
- Ensure project quality, timelines, and budget management.
- Conduct client meetings and provide design consultation.
- Monitor site progress and solve technical/design issues.
- Maintain company design standards and project documentation.
- Support business development and company growth initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Exterior & Interior Design, Experience on Exterior & Interior Materials, Experience on Exterior & Interior Estimation, Sound Experience on Material Rates & Sources Step by Step Planning capacity Familiar with Wood, Metal, Glass, Paint, Electric, Sanitary, Civil & HVAC works
- Good 3D Modeling and rendering skills.
- Sound Knowledge in Modern Exterior & Interior Design,Drawing & Material Resource.
- Good At Boq & Moq as per market standard .
- Coordinating between Clients, Office, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Prepare Client Meeting Presentation
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Project Progress Reports Develop concepts and detailed designs and drawings.
- Landscaping & Architectural detail drawing design by using standard software. Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
- Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, 3D Studio Max, v-ray, Sketchup,D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion 3D, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Strong experience in architectural and interior projects.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design and presentation software.
- Strong communication and client management ability.
