Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct sales activities for apartments, plots and commercial real estate project.
Generate new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Communicate with clients through phone calls, meetings and site visit to provide detail project information.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales target assigned by the management.
Execute online and offline marketing activities for company projects.
Maintain proper client follow-up booking procedures and documentation.
Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and client feedback reports.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Smart, professional and presentable personality.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email communication and social media platforms.
Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
