Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Factory Accounts to oversee financial operations at the RMG factory level. The role is responsible for cost control, inventory management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Industry Type: Ready-Made Garments (RMG)
Job Location: Kathgora Bazar, Zirabo, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities
Lead factory-level accounting and financial operations
Prepare and monitor production budgets, cost sheets, and variance analysis
Analyze garment costing (CM, FOB, trims, labor, overhead)
Ensure accurate inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation
Oversee monthly financial reporting (P&L, cost reports, efficiency analysis)
Manage payroll accounting, labor cost analysis, and compliance with labor laws
Supervise accounts payable and factory-related financial transactions
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and procurement teams for cost optimization
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements
Implement and manage ERP/accounting systems for factory operations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
Master of Commerce (MCom)
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Master of Business Studies (MBS)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification (CA/CMA/ACCA) preferred

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in RMG/manufacturing accounting
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and factory financial operations
Proficiency in ERP systems
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
