Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
AmeFix IT is looking for energetic, smart, and English-proficient candidates for the position of Client Manager. Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and communicating with international clients.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Deliver high-quality services and support to clients
Handle communication through email and online platforms
Maintain operational efficiency and business coordination
Support business growth and client satisfaction
Work collaboratively with team members
Work Schedule
5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Educational Requirements

A Level
O Level
Bachelor/Honors
HSC / O Level / A Level / Bachelor’s Degree
Running students may apply
English medium background will get preference

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 40 years
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in customer support, email handling, or client communication will be an advantage
Strong English communication skills (Speaking & Writing)
Good computer knowledge and typing speed
Skilled in MS Excel and online research
Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability
IELTS / PTE / Duolingo English Test score holders will get preference
Must be flexible to work in USA shift
