Job Description / Responsibility

Location: 01, House, 27 Road 12A, Banani, Dhaka 1212
Job Responsibilities:
Promote the company’s interior design services.
Generate leads through online and offline marketing platforms.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing reports.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-up activities.
Assist in planning marketing strategies..
Ability to network and connect with a variety of people.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
Maintain effective & strong relationships with potential clients.
Attend new and prospective clients on a regular basis
Developing new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Ensure customers queries, problem & issues.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Building & Construction Materials, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 40 years
8-10 years of experience in marketing.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate and Architecture fields will get special preference.
Experience in construction or interior-related marketing is highly desirable.
Skills Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in social media management.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Comfortable with field visits
