Export & Import Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop new international buyers and maintain strong relationships, orders, pricing, sampling, and delivery schedules.
Must have knowledge on export & import documentation, LC, customs, VAT/tax, and compliance procedures.
Coordinate with production, commercial, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, C&F agents, banks, and customs authorities.
Track shipment status and resolve any shipping, customs, or clearance-related issues.
Must have knowledge on international trade regulations, company policies, and shipping standards.
Prepare export & import reports, cost analysis, and market analysis for management.
Monitor global market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain proper records of shipping, commercial, and customs documents.
Achieve monthly and yearly export & import targets.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Garments, Group of Companies, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Retail Store

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Only Male
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
Good knowledge of export procedures and international trade documentation
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and reporting
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines efficiently
Strong leadership and team coordination capability
