Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain all official schedules, meetings, and appointments of Chairman Sir.
- Prepare official emails, reports, meeting minutes, and company documentation in professional format.
- Communicate professionally with foreign clients, international partners, and overseas representatives.
- Handle aviation sector-related operational coordination and confidential official activities.
- Organize and manage corporate events, business meetings, and executive programs.
- Maintain strong public relations with clients, stakeholders, and corporate visitors.
- Ensure proper follow-up of Chairman Sir’s instructions and office activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth executive operations.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and executive support at all times.
- Assist in travel schedules, visa processing, hotel booking, and protocol management when required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university. Professional certifications, degrees, or relevant training will be considered an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Developer, Call Center, E-commerce, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, E-commerce Startup

- On-site position based in Banani, Dhaka
- Occasional international travel may be required for project purposes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, administration, corporate coordination, or a similar role. Experience in a corporate group or aviation industry will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email correspondence.
- Strong reporting, documentation, presentation, and schedule management skills with attention to detail.
- Fresh/non-experienced candidates are not encouraged to apply.
