Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of young and energetic business development professionals
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client requirements and prepare customized business solutions and proposals
Develop presentations, marketing materials, and conduct client meetings, exhibitions, and corporate events
Plan and execute marketing and business development strategies in coordination with the team
Conduct market research and gather industry insights to support strategic decision-making
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned budget and timeline
Prepare and execute outdoor visit plans to engage with target customer groups (TG)
Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and field visits
Act as a consultant to guide clients and ensure quality service delivery
Maintain regular communication with clients, media partners, and stakeholders
Update and manage CRM systems regularly with accurate data
Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management review
Arrange project/site visits for potential clients as required
Collect and verify necessary documents from clients and prospects
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Perform any other duties assigned by management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Interior Design, Real Estate
