Production Manager (Plastic)

Job Description / Responsibility

Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
Maintain product quality standards and minimize production wastage.
Supervise and motivate production staff and shift operators.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.
Prepare production reports and analyze operational efficiency.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality control departments.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Educational Requirements

SSC
HSC
Diploma
Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

Experience Requirements

5 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Only Male
Minimum 5+ years of experience in plastic/container manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
Experience in PET/HDPE container production.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
