Job Description / Responsibility

Labaid Group, the largest healthcare brand in Bangladesh, looking for experienced, qualified candidate for immediate appointment at Labaid SpecializedHospital Chattogram
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure Recruitment, Orientation, and Induction for new hires;
Formulation and implementation of HR policies;
Develop Job Descriptions for all unique roles of the Hospital;
Discuss with higher authority and management to decide on various important issues when needed;
Provide the management team with the idea, order, and solution to problems arising in day-to-day operational work;
To administer the Staff Performance Appraisal Review process for annual increment and confirmation;
Job analysis to prepare Job Description, Terms of References, and orientation on overall engagement;
Manage and resolve employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors;
All kinds of tasks and responsibilities are assigned by higher authorities and management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Preferably PGDHRM.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
