Job Description / Responsibility

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing).
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR database.
Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training coordination.
Prepare HR Letters, Notices, Memos, and Documentation.
Handle Attendance, Leave management, and Timesheet updates.
Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh labor law.
Handle employee queries and support daily HR operations.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Hospital, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Research Organization, Fisheries, Hatchery

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Only Female
Strong communication skills (Bangla & English).
Typing Skill Bangla (Bijoy Bayanno), Mandatory.
HR Software (Kormee web), Mandatory.
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law (basic to intermediate).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
