Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Context:
- Sylvan Tech Solutions is seeking for proactive and experienced CLIENT and VENDOR Relationship Executive to join our team. If you have a strong background in the Property Preservation and maintenance industry and a passion for managing relationships, coordinating service delivery, and driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you!
- Work Shift:
- On-site (Full Time) | Night Shift (7:00 PM-4:00 AM)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of work needs and expectations to ensure seamless service operations
- Monitor service quality and ensure timely, high-standard delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients/vendors and internal teams to drive collaboration
- Resolve client/vendor related issues efficiently and professionally
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements for better efficiency
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, E-commerce
Additional Job Requirements

- Action Requirements
- Maimum 1 years in the Property Preservation and mainteriance industry preferably in lent and vendor management!

- Must be hart in Englah

- Minimum of 6 Months to 1 Year of Property Preservationnaintenance work Experience needed
- The primary responsity process betovernor-free product aligned with the
- Providing quality and smooth output within the deadtiare coordinating with the clent to identify project scope, tuliget, and tomate, and successful implementation of project and operational requirements
- Determine accountability for specific implementation, and work with the Production Leto ensure appropriate resources are assigned to meet the dead
- Provile management and stakeholders regular updates on processing statis, ssues, and deliveras dates
- Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisorhigher authonty
