Job Description / Responsibility

Educational Requirements

Candidates having 3rd division/class/ equivalent GPA or CGPA in any of the examinations are not eligible to apply. Only published result at the time of application will be accepted. Testimonial for this matter will not be accepted. Candidates with foreign degree must have equivalence certificate from University Grants Commission (UGC) or Ministry of Education of Bangladesh.

Additional Job Requirements

20 years` experience in banking or in large MNCs/Telecom Industries with minimum 03 years` experience in the senior position as General Manager/Senior Executive Vice President/ Director (MNCs/Telecom) or equivalent in the applied role having the experience of managing workforce of 5000 people of any organization. Masters degree. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications or specialized academic degrees in Human Resources Management.
