Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for potential candidates for the position of “Executive-Commercial(Export-EPZ Gate Operation)”. Who has knowledge, skills, experience in following sector and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results. Duties/Responsibilities:
Export related all work need to know & Must have experience in EPZ zone
Coordinate with BEPZA, customs, Shipping Line, security, Freight forward and C&F and relevant EPZ authorities for smooth cargo and vehicle movement.
Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Issue Exp. from Bank & Send to C & F Agent, Sales Contract for Buyer, Shipment Status, Bank Document Status, Payment Documents.
Maintain gate pass processing for import and export shipments.
Ensure timely entry and exit of vehicles, goods, and personnel as per EPZ compliance requirements.
Place Booking to forwarder for Air & Sea Shipment, Check Draft BL, FCR & HAWAB, Confirm for Release OBL/HBL/ HWAB.
Prepare and submit required reports and documents to management and authorities.
Communicate with transporters, C&F agents, warehouse teams, and factory representatives.
Maintain proper records of all gate operations and supporting documents.
Follow company policies, compliance procedures, and safety regulations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Any Discipline
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Any Discipline

Experience Requirements

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Multinational Companies
