Job Description / Responsibility
- Officer/Sr. Executive (Textile Dyeing Production Wet Process & MCD Supply Chain Audit)
- Job Context:
- A Reputed 100% Knit Composite Group of Companies is the largest manufacturing & exporting company in Bangladesh looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate who has experience on Officer/ Sr. Executive (Production & MCD Supply Chain) in the largest textile manufacturing unit.
- Conduct in-depth audits of departments, identifying control weaknesses and recommending improvements
- Job responsibilities:
- Main Roll in Production: All Types of Production works Full Processes Audit (Order Confirmation to Order Closing: System Development, Follow-up & Report) for Knit Fabrics Dyeing-Finishing, AOP, Washing and Printing.
- Costing: Process wise Batch Costing & Consumption Audit to find out the Actual Profit/Loss.
- Sample: Follow-up the process of Samples Development to Order Confirmation, Report on Sample vs Order Ratio and Drive to Control the Free Samples.
- Quality: Follow-up to Confirm that every Materials in-house to use & produced Finished Goods are Quality full.
- Efficiency: Physical Check & Follow-up to Confirm High Efficiency of Installations, Planning, Manpower and Outputs including Civil & Maintenance works.
- Fabric: Knit Yarn to Finish Fabric Report. Reference & Lot Wise Yarn To Shipment Follow Up, Leftover Fabric Report & Follow Up, Monthly Fabric WIP Inventory .
- Dyes Chemical: Check Dyes Chemical Receipt, Issue, Balance, Consumption, Costing, Wastage, Aging Schedule Etc.
- Main Roll in MCD-Supply Chain: All Store Operations under Materials Control Department (MCD) and Supply Chain activities Physical Follow-up and Reporting On-the-Spot Physical Audit at Sight Covering Every Points of Receive & Delivery Systems, Program wise All Challan-Gate Pass-Quantity-Quality Inspections, Storing System, Inventory, Misuse, Forgery, Related Transport Operations and Security System.
- Others: Assist to Seniors to Coordinating the Auditors Engaged in Various Roles i.e. Marketing, Sales & Recovery Audit, Audit of Leftover / Reject / Scrap / Waste Control, Other Administrative activities & Non-Fulfillment of Compliances and Any other Task / Assignments given by the HOD.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
- Must Have B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Textiles – Wet Process (for Fabrics Dyeing-Finishing & Printing Process follow-up) or Related Areas with good Academic record from Reputed University.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 26 years
- Only Male
- Minimum Three (3) Years Practical Experience in Knit Dyeing-Printing Field as Process Audit / Production / Planning / Quality Officer from Reputed Organizations.
- Preferable Experience of working with ERP or any software-based project.

- Attention to details Production analysis and reporting Internal Audit and Risk Management.
