Job Description / Responsibility
- The organization is looking for Management Trainee, Business Intelligence & Analytics in Business Development division. The incumbent should be smart, analytical, proactive, innovative, and result-oriented, with the ability to add value to business growth through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.

- Job Context: The Management Trainee, Business Intelligence & Analytics will work closely with supervisors and cross-functional teams to support business planning, market research, feasibility analysis, and strategic decision-making processes. This role is designed to groom future business leaders by providing hands-on exposure to market research, analytics, and business strategy development.
- Key Responsibilities
- Carry out market surveys, conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking and gather consumer & industry insights.
- Perform data collection, validation, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation for management review.
- Support branding initiatives, product positioning, and business development activities.
- Analyze existing business plans and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Support management in ad hoc analytical and various business development assignments.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Candidates from top-tier institutions will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year

Additional Job Requirements
- Candidates with 1 years of experience in business analytics, & planning functions can also apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to prepare clear, structured, and decision-oriented business reports.
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced AI tools (e.g., generative AI, data analytics platforms, and automation tools) to enhance market research, analysis, and productivity.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
- Strong interest in business intelligence, market research, and business strategy.
