Job Description / Responsibility

Concord Stem Cell Limited is looking for a creative and passionate Executive - Graphic Design & Video Editing to produce high-quality visual content for branding, digital marketing, patient awareness campaigns, corporate communications, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video shooting, editing, storytelling, and content creation, with the ability to transform ideas into engaging visual materials aligned with the company’s brand identity.
Capture high-quality videos for corporate events, interviews, promotional campaigns, product shoots, and social media content
Plan video shoots including camera setup, lighting arrangement, framing, and audio management
Edit raw footage into polished final videos for multiple digital platforms
Add transitions, subtitles, background music, sound effects, motion graphics, and color correction
Create short-form video content including reels, shorts, and promotional clips
Maintain organized video files, footage archives, and project assets
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging visual storytelling content
Ensure all videos align with company branding guidelines and deadlines

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
Good knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
Understanding of video composition, storytelling, and social media video trends
Ability to travel for shoots when required
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and deadline management

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product
