Job Description / Responsibility

ভিসা প্রসেসিং ও ইমিগ্রেশন সংক্রান্ত ক্লায়েন্টদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর প্রদান করা।
বিভিন্ন দেশের ভিসা সংক্রান্ত সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
ক্লায়েন্টদের ডকুমেন্ট প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে সহায়তা করা।
ফোন, ইমেইল এবং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার মাধ্যমে ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা
ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করে সঠিক সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
ক্লায়েন্ট ও আবেদন সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও আপডেট রাখা।
মাসিক টার্গেট পূরণে কাজ করা এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্যবসা বৃদ্ধিতে সহায়তা করা।
