Job Description / Responsibility
- Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team in a leading role, ensuring the health, nutrition, and welfare of pets through our premium-quality pet food products. This role also involves direct interaction with veterinary clinics, as well as supporting the in-house sales team with training and educational efforts to elevate product knowledge across the organization.
- Sales Visits to Veterinary Clinics:
- Regularly visit veterinary clinics and animal hospitals to build relationships with veterinarians and provide expert advice on pet nutrition and the company’s products
- Offer product knowledge and technical support to clinic staff, helping them to make informed recommendations for pet owners.
- In-House Sales Team Education & Training:
- Educate and train the in-house sales team and staff, ensuring they are well-versed in the benefits and features of our products.
- Design training programs to equip staff with the knowledge to effectively promote and sell products with scientific backing.
- Host Regular Workshops & Seminars:
- Organize seminars and interactive workshops featuring leading veterinarians and researchers to discuss the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in animal health and care.
- Introduce our products and provide a detailed presentation focusing on explaining quality and how our product can address recent industry needs and bring solutions.
- Actively participate in major veterinary fairs and expos, showcasing our products to a wider audience, including customers, veterinarians, clinic owners, and animal health professionals.
Educational Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in veterinary practice or a related field (experience in pet food or nutrition is a plus).
- Knowledge of pet food manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of animal nutrition and diet formulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
