Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary: The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and compliance of student applications, documents, and visa-related procedures in accordance with university, embassy, and immigration requirements. The role includes conducting mock interviews, verifying documents, monitoring application quality, and minimizing visa refusal risks.
Review and verify student documents for admissions and visa processing
Ensure compliance with university, embassy, and immigration guidelines
Conduct mock interviews and assess students’ interview preparedness
Identify inconsistencies, missing documents, or high-risk cases
Maintain accurate student records and compliance reports
Coordinate with counselors and processing teams regarding compliance matters
Monitor updates on visa regulations, university policies, and immigration requirements
Ensure ethical and professional handling of student information and documentation
Support students in preparing genuine and accurate visa applications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Leading University, Sylhet,Sylhet Agricultural University,Sylhet International University, Sylhet,Metropolitan University, Sylhet students will get preference

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
IELTS Overall 6.5 preferred
Strong communication and interview assessment skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Knowledge of international student visa procedures and compliance standards
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online application systems
