Digital Marketing Executive (Remote)

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities
Understand and work across major digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Google (Ads & SEO), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Develop and execute both paid and organic (non-paid) marketing strategies
Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the Australian market, understanding audience behavior, trends, and what works effectively in Australia
Plan, create, and manage regular marketing campaigns with a strong focus on measurable results and performance output
Drive consistent improvement in engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions across all platforms
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results and ROI
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve overall marketing effectiveness
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing content and campaigns
Ability to create content independently is a strong advantage (including basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and video editing)
Maintain professional standards as all work will be used for international (Australia-based) business purposes
Provide regular reports, insights, and performance updates to the management team
Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks and responsibilities
This is a remote position and can be Full-Time or Part-Time, available for candidates anywhere in Bangladesh
