Public Relation Officer (Admissions & Documentation)

Job Description / Responsibility

Make outgoing calls to potential students for admissions
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Provide accurate counselling to students regarding Study Abroad opportunities and IELTS.
Guide students in selecting suitable study destinations and programs (study abroad knowledge is a plus)
Write SOP and proper documentation handling
Maintain and update student records and data entry
Perform administrative tasks related to admissions and office operations
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
American International University Bangladesh,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University,North South University,East West University students will get preference
English Medium background students will be given preference
SOP writing skills, Documentation handling
Excellent Communication Skills
Having IELTS score will get an extra advantage

Experience Requirements

At most 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Training Institutes
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Basic knowledge of Windows Office Program, Photoshop, Illustrator and Data entry
Knowledge of study abroad processes (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
A-Level, O-Level and English Medium preferable
