Job Description / Responsibility

Provide daily ERP system support and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with departments to collect and analyze business requirements.
Support ERP implementation, customization, and enhancement activities.
Prepare and maintain reports using SQL Server and SSRS/RDLC.
Ensure ERP data accuracy, integrity, and smooth system operation.
Assist users through training and operational guidance.
Monitor ERP performance and resolve user issues promptly.
Support production, inventory, store, accounts, and commercial ERP modules.
Work with developers for testing, bug fixing, and system improvements.
Maintain ERP documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
Follow up with users to ensure proper ERP usage.
Assist in software deployment, database maintenance, and system upgrades.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP-related support.
Ensure timely completion of assigned ERP tasks and projects.
Maintain a structured and quality-focused approach to work.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Candidates with educational background in technical or IT-related fields preferred for ERP operations in the garments accessories industry.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 35 years
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Good knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery.
Knowledge of SSRS/RDLC Report.
Basic understanding of OOP concepts and software development principles.
Familiarity with Git/SVN, IIS, JIRA, Agile process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interdepartmental coordination ability.
