Job Description / Responsibility

Welcome guests professionally and create a positive first impression.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and accurately.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries about rooms, rates, and hotel services.
Manage room reservations and update booking records in the hotel system.
Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and management to ensure guest needs are met quickly.
Receive payments, issue bills/invoices, and maintain daily cash/payment records.
Handle guest complaints politely and report serious issues to management.
Maintain the reception area so it stays neat, organized, and presentable.
Keep proper records of guest information, visitor entries, and daily occupancy status.
Provide local information to guests, such as transport, nearby markets, restaurants, and important locations in Jashore.

Educational Requirements

HSC (Vocational)

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bar/Pub, Coffee Shop, Fast Food Shop, Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
