Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- Lumera – International 5 Star Residence Hotel, located in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly experienced and professional Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and maintain international luxury hospitality standards. The selected candidate will lead operational teams, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain the reputation of a premium residence hotel.

- Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel and residence operations
- Maintain international 5-star hospitality service standards
- Manage departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and F&B
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality
- Supervise staff performance and provide leadership and training
- Monitor operational budgets and financial performance
- Implement service improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality regulations
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
- Hotel Management / Business Administration
- Master’s Degree / MBA will be considered an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Hotel
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- Only Male
- Real-time working experience in a 5-Star hotel / residence hotel environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple hotel departments efficiently
- Valid Passport is mandatory
- Must be medically fit for international employment
- No criminal record
- Fluency in English is required (Arabic will be an advantage)
