  • Facebook Page, Messenger ও Website ব্যবহারে অভিজ্ঞতা
  • কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা
  • বাংলা ও ইংরেজি উভয় ভাষায় দ্রুত ও নির্ভুল টাইপিং স্পিড থাকতে হবে
  • স্পষ্ট ও ভদ্রভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা
  • ধৈর্যশীল, দায়িত্বশীল ও কাস্টমার-ফ্রেন্ডলি মনোভাব
  • পূর্বে ই-কমার্স / অনলাইন সেলস / মডারেটর / কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট / কল সেন্টার–এ কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার.
  • যাদের Similar Position-এ পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা নেই, তাদের আবেদন করার প্রয়োজন নেই।
