Job Description / Responsibility
  • Maximo International is an officially authorized Channel Partner of Alibaba.com, the world’s leading B2B e-commerce platform. We help Bangladeshi exporters and manufacturers expand globally by onboarding, managing, and growing their presence on Alibaba.com.
  • Maximo International is a concern of Maximo Group Bangladesh, a leading supply chain and global trade solutions company.
  • Internship Type: Full-time (Office-based)
  • Duration: 3–6 Months
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding exporters and manufacturers onto Alibaba.com
  • Conduct market research and generate potential B2B leads
  • Support client communication and follow-up activities
  • Assist in product listing creation and optimization
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Prepare reports, maintain CRM data, and track performance metrics
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve monthly targets

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred background: BBA, Marketing, International Business, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields
Experience Requirements
  • At most 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Consulting Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, Garments, Telecommunication
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 18 to 25 years
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous internship or campus leadership experience will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / ChatGPT, Canva
  • Interest in E-commerce, B2B Trade, and International Business
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
