Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:
- Aline Construction and Engineering Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and result-driven male professional for the position of General Manager – Marketing to lead our real estate marketing, real estate management, and sales & marketing operations from our corporate office.
- Job Location: Dhaka – Banani (Corporate Office)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive real estate marketing and sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Oversee real estate management, including project positioning, inventory planning, and customer lifecycle management
- Manage and drive sales & marketing operations to achieve revenue and booking targets
- Develop branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns for real estate projects (digital & offline)
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing, and demand forecasting
- Build and manage strong relationships with buyers, brokers, channel partners, and investors
- Supervise marketing, sales, and customer relationship teams
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
- Ensure strong brand visibility and market presence in the Bangladesh real estate sector
- Coordinate closely with project development, construction, and senior management teams
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
- MBA in Marketing will be highly preferred
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Only Male
- Sharp and practical knowledge of the Bangladesh real estate market
- Strong understanding of construction-linked real estate projects
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, lead management, and sales analytics
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets
- Experience Requirements (Highly Emphasized):
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Real Estate Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in Real Estate Management is mandatory
- Extensive experience in Sales & Marketing within the real estate sector
- Proven leadership experience in a senior or general management role
