Job Description / Responsibility
  • Procure upper materials, accessories, and outsoles as per production requirements
  • Negotiate with local and overseas suppliers for best price, quality, and lead time
  • Review requisitions, BOMs, PI, and shipping documents
  • Coordinate LC, TT, and payment processes with Commercial & Accounts
  • Ensure material quality compliance through IQC and third-party labs
  • Maintain inventory control and ERP-based order tracking
  • Manage supplier performance, claims, and documentation
  • Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, and material delivery
  • Ensure ethical, sustainable, and compliant sourcing

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Masters
  • Master’s Degree / MBA in any discipline
  • Professional Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be highly preferred
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in Purchase / Procurement functions
  • Experience in the footwear industry will be considered a strong advantage
  • Additional Requirements
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound knowledge of procurement best practices and inventory control
