Job Description / Responsibility
- Design high-converting graphics for social media, websites, ads, and campaigns
- Create and edit short-form and promotional videos using AI tools and editing software
- Develop motion graphics, reels, and video ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube
- Use AI tools to enhance content creation speed and quality
- Collaborate with content strategists and marketers to execute campaign concepts
- Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and video marketing techniques
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency

Additional Job Requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and video tools such as Nano Nabana, Veo, Canva, etc.
- Ability to create AI-generated visuals, motion content, and ad creatives efficiently
- Understanding of social media content formats and performance ad requirements
- Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, and motion design skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI research and content tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative AI platforms
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Knowledge of performance-driven ad creatives and conversion-focused design
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page visual optimization
