Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement the strategic expansion plan for new retail markets and cities
Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to identify high-potential locations
Identify, evaluate, appoint, and manage the right distribution partners in new and existing markets
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Manage distributor KPIs, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and provide regular performance reviews
Drive growth across General Trade (local shops) and Modern Trade (supermarkets, chain stores) channels
Identify and secure prime retail locations, including negotiating lease terms and contracts with landlords and mall developers
Ensure effective in-store visibility and planogram execution in priority outlets
Achieve CANN (Consumer Acquisition Net New) and ROP (Rate of Productivity) growth targets for the assigned area
Ensure effective in-store visibility and planogram execution in priority outlets
collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure aligned execution of expansion

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements
