Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build, manage, and expand distributor & dealer networks nationwide.
- Lead and supervise Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and field force.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure KPI achievement.
- Identify new market opportunities including corporate and institutional sales.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and branding in the market.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys.
- Manage credit control, collection, and distributor relationship.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong,Rajshahi University,Jagannath University,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Mineral Water, Beverage

- Age 30 to 50 years

- Strong leadership and team management capability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.
