Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and oversee all digital platforms of assigned brands.
Develop creative content ideas and write compelling copy for campaigns, social media, and marketing communications.
Provide creative direction to designers, videographers, and editors.
Plan and execute photoshoots, including outlet visits and in-house productions.
Create content concepts, scripts, and briefs for campaigns and branding materials.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Prepare and execute SMS marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with agencies, internal teams, and international brand teams.
Execute influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
Analyze trends and develop content aligned with fashion trends and audience preferences.
Prepare monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
Generate campaign reports and monthly digital performance reports.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-aware Content Specialist who is passionate about fashion, storytelling, and digital media.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 35 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related field.
Agency experience will be preferred.
Educational background in Marketing or relevant discipline is required.
Graduates from reputed universities will get priority.
Strong copywriting skills in English and Bangla.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
Understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
Strong sense of fashion, aesthetics, and branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
