Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a dynamic Site Engineer to supervise interior design-related works & able to Meeting with client, interior design work projects and other related works that the Management will assign.
To be successful as a site engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
Understanding quality over Interior working drawing.
Initial clients meeting and taking project briefs.
Take measurements from the site.
Problem-solving skills of site & monitoring of daily progress of works.
Supervising all construction works at the site by attending the workplace during the job execution to meet the expected quality and time frame.
Implementing the work by contractors as per the work program and giving necessary instructions accordingly.
Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers.
Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.
Ensuring project merchandising and branding during the construction period.
Materials receiving & distribution for projects, update material record.
The Company `s various electronic devices such as light, switch boards ete, Should be monitored and repaired if they are damaged.
Must be willing to work under pressure and long hours.
Any other assignment given by the management

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
Diploma in Medical Technology in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years
Only Male
