Executive / Asst. Executive - Statistics & Data Analysis (Research)

Job Description / Responsibility
- Research & Statistical Analysis
- Perform statistical analysis for clinical research, medical audits and academic publications
- Design data collection tools, questionnaires, CRF (Case Record Form)
- Assist consultants and departments in research methodology and study design
- Apply appropriate statistical tests
- Interpret research findings and prepare statistical reports
- Hospital Data Management
- Analyze hospital operational and clinical data (OPD, IPD, ICU, Infection Control, Quality Indicators)
- Generate monthly, quarterly and annual statistical dashboards
- Develop KPI monitoring reports for management decision making
- Maintain research database and ensure data accuracy
- Publication & Documentation
- Assist doctors in preparing research papers for journals
- Format tables, graphs, charts and statistical outputs
- Ensure ethical research compliance and documentation
- Support hospital accreditation & quality improvement projects
- Software & Tools
- Work with MS Office Program
- Data cleaning, coding and validation
- Maintain confidential research records
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
- Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics
- BSc / MSc in Statistics (Mandatory)
- Additional training in Biostatistics / Epidemiology / Research Methodology will be an advantage
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
- Knowledge of research methodology and hypothesis testing
- Good command in English writing (for research publication)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, Power Query, Dashboard)
- Ability to work with doctors and clinical departments
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not mandatory)
