Job Description / Responsibility
- Sheba Innovations Limited, a subsidiary of Sheba Group, is an ed-tech company delivering high-quality, outcome-driven learning solutions. We design scalable English and IELTS programs aligned with global standards. We are looking for a Program Lead - IELTS & English Learning (Full-Time) to design, lead, and scale high-impact English and IELTS learning programs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Program & Content Strategy
- Define and drive the overall learning program strategy for IELTS preparation and English communication programs aligned with business and learner outcomes.
- Translate learner needs, market trends, and product vision into scalable course frameworks and content roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and academic stakeholders to ensure consistency across learning experiences.
- Curriculum & Learning Design:
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of IELTS curricula aligned with the latest exam formats, scoring criteria, and global best practices.
- Develop English learning programs that focus on communication, confidence-building, and real-life language application across different learner maturity levels.
- Ensure instructional design accommodates multiple learning styles and engagement levels.
- Content Development & Oversight:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality learning assets including lesson plans, video scripts, assessments, practice materials, interactive exercises, and performance rubrics.
- Maintain pedagogical integrity, language accuracy, and learner engagement across all content formats.
- Establish content standards and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Quality Assurance & Learning Outcomes
- Implement a structured review and quality assurance framework to continuously evaluate and enhance content effectiveness.
- Use learner feedback, performance data, and assessment insights to improve course design and outcomes.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of instructors, content developers, and academic contributors.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and academic excellence within the content team.
- Set clear goals, performance benchmarks, and development plans for team members.
- Research, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on global trends in IELTS, English language teaching, and digital learning methodologies.
- Experiment with innovative teaching approaches, blended learning models, and AI/tech-enabled learning enhancements.
- Contribute thought leadership to position the platform as a credible and modern learning authority.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Group of Companies, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 40 years
- Only Female
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ experience in designing and managing English language learning programs, with a minimum IELTS score of 7 or above.
- Deep understanding of IELTS structure, scoring, and preparation strategies.
- Experience leading academic or content teams in an ed-tech, training, or learning environment.
- Strong communication, documentation, and instructional writing skills.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, LMS tools, and online content delivery models.
