Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prepare invoices, credit & cheque collection monitoring.
  • Day to Day Company cash book entries & accounts voucher preparation.
  • PREPARE MONTHLY, QUATERLY & YEARLY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
  • Prepare staff`s personnel files and keep attendance record.
  • Find new ways to cost control, increase efficiency of the other staff.
  • Collect, review and analyze data pertaining to business operation, find
  • Loopholes and come up with possible solutions to the management.
  • Maintain multiple Bank Book entries and reconciliation of Bank Books.
  • Maintain Accounting Softwar
  • Other Duty

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
  • Training/Trade Course: Tally, Quick books, ERP
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age At most 55 years
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 5-year experience in Accounts Management.
  • Retired Person, No Problem
  • MUST HAVE A KNOWLEDGE OF VAT & TAX
  • Proficient in written Bangla & English Language.
  • A better understanding of Administration and Accounts.
  • Applicants must ensure punctuality and morality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with teamwork.
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skills. Knowledge about Accounting Software.
  • Digital Communication Expert.
