Job Description / Responsibility
- Knits and Sweater garment manufacturing Embroidery & Printing Industry And Washing Departments
- Conversant with all individual departments in Knits and the sweater-making process with ability to detect non-conformities
- Familiar with Inspection Reports analysis and AQL
- Strong ability in listening, understanding, writing, and communicating in English
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to report findings to both factory management
- and buyers. Candidates without these abilities need not apply.
- Ability to maintain high ethical
- Fluency in Six Sigma Knowledge / Fishbone / 5-Why / and other Statistical Analytic tools
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- The ability to maintain high ethical Standards in Reporting and making Audit reports.
- 2. Audit & Compliance Skills & Objectives
- Quality Management System (QMS): Ability to Assess, Evaluate and correct the factory’s
- Quality Manual, QMS, Flow Charts, SOPs, and ensure compliance with buyer standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Knowledge of local laws and international standards regarding factory
- safety, labor, and working conditions (e.g., WRAP, BSCI).
- Documentation Control: Ability to verify, analyse, maintain, and review technical files,
- inspection reports, and records, RC & CAP with 3-5 Main defects analysis and its Application.
- Strong Ability to make In-depth Audit department-wise of the production process
- Incoming and Outgoing documentation control of Trims, accessories and materials.
- Material & Fabric Control process – reviewing Fabric & materials reports Etc
- Ability to Train and assist factory in full Technical Compliance Standard implementations
- And get prepared to go through local and foreign companies Audits
- Pre-Production & Controls. Reviewing Pre-Prod Docs and related report-Production &
- Process Control. Reviewing Process , In-line and other control
- Safety & Compliance: Knowledge of local laws and international standards regarding
- factory safety, labor, and working conditions (e.g., WRAP, BSCI).
- System Knowledge: Understanding of 4-point or 10-point systems for fabric inspection.
- Sample-room and Process
- Fabric Inspection ,System Knowledge: Understanding of 4-point or 10-point systems for
- fabric inspection.
- Auditing Skills: Experience in conducting internal or vendor audits, handling CAP
- (Corrective Action Plan) reports, and using auditing tools.
- Must have experience speaking and working with foreign Management.
