Manager - Finishing (RMG Woven)

Job Description / Responsibility

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly finishing production schedules to meet shipment deadlines.
Monitor finishing processes including thread trimming, washing coordination, ironing, folding, tagging, poly, carton packing, and dispatch.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and accessories to achieve production targets.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, Washing, Commercial, and Warehouse departments for smooth workflow.
Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to improve efficiency and output.
Ensure finishing quality meets buyer specifications, AQL standards, and approved samples.
Supervise in-line, end-line, and final inspections; ensure corrective and preventive actions for defects.
Reduce rejection, alteration, and re-processing through root cause analysis and team training.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOP’s, and factory quality standards.
Prepare and review finishing quality reports and inspection summaries.
Lead, train, and motivate finishing supervisors, quality controllers, and operators.
Monitor discipline, attendance, productivity, and skill development of finishing personnel.
Conduct regular briefing and training on quality standards, safety, and best finishing practices.
