Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare Daily Line-wise Input according to shipment priority.
Prepare Daily Sewing Line Working Hour Schedule.
Provide Daily Line Wise Input (Authorize sign).
All planning related to sewing should be work in our ERP software.
Follow up on Cutting, Finishing, and Embroidery Production for smooth line feeding.
Prepare Daily Line WIP Report to check the line balance.
Prepare TNA considering operation & lead time.
Prepare Weekly TNA Achievement Report and follow up for smooth operation.
Prepare style and input plans for sewing subcontracts.
Coordinate vehicle programming to collect goods from subcontract factories.
Follow up on Sewing subcontracting (Input to In-house).
Monitor line-wise efficiency and hourly productivity against set targets.
Analyze bottlenecks, low output operators, machine downtime, and absenteeism impact.
Compare actual performance vs. planned output to identify gaps.
Support manpower and machine planning to ensure optimal utilization and maximum productivity.
Ensuring on-time shipment

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Only Male
Must be good command of spoken and written English.
Experience in woven and knit garments·
Strong knowledge of production planning and control.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong leadership and analytical skills.
