Job Description / Responsibility

Lead, control, and develop the Industrial Engineering function across all factories.
Set IE strategies, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks aligned with business goals.
Oversee SMV development, time & motion study, line balancing, and capacity planning.
Monitor efficiency, productivity, cost, and manpower utilization company-wide.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, productivity enhancement, waste reduction).
Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, Merchandising, and Management teams.
Analyze factory performance data and present actionable reports to top management.
Mentor and develop IE Managers, Senior IEs, and IE teams.
Ensure standardized IE practices and compliance across all units.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

12 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Age At least 30 years
Only Male
• Excellent command over SMV, GSD, work study, capacity & manpower planning.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability.
• High proficiency in data analysis, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to work with senior management and drive change at scale.
• Strong communication, presentation, and team development skills.
