Job Description / Responsibility
  • Develop, modify, and correct patterns based on fitting and sample feedback
  • Make accurate sample consumption
  • Prepare garment patterns according to design concepts, sketches, and specifications
  • Follow up with the sample section to ensure timely sample development
  • Ensure proper fitting, grading, and measurement accuracy
  • Achieve assigned monthly sample targets
  • Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams
  • Identify and resolve pattern-related technical issues during sampling
  • Prepare and submit daily output reports
  • Prepare monthly work progress and performance reports
  • Maintain pattern quality as per buyer and company standards
  • Carry out any other relevant assignments assigned by management

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • HSC
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 28 to 45 years
  • Only Male
  • Strong working knowledge of WINDA software
  • Sound knowledge of knit & woven garments
  • Good understanding of garment construction, fitting, and measurements
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Responsible, organized, and team-oriented
