Job Description / Responsibility
  • Maintain regular correspondence with international buyers regarding product queries, order status, shipment schedules, and approvals.
  • Manage end-to-end merchandising activities from order confirmation to final shipment.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, planning, and IE teams to ensure on-time production and Quality to meet buyer standards.
  • Liaise with fabric, trims, and accessories suppliers to follow up on development, approvals, and lead times.
  • Handle costing, consumption, and order profitability analysis.
  • Maintain all merchandising documents, order files, reports, and buyer communications properly.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion, repeat orders, and new buyer development through effective customer communication.
  • Manage and oversee multiple buyer accounts assigned by management and provide daily/weekly updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with shipment schedules, documentation, and export procedures.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 12 years
